ABOUT THE TEAM The Digital Marketing Director, Factory will oversee the E-commerce business and the Digital Marketing strategy and execution across all channels for the Outlet division. Working within a dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative group, this person will be driven by ROI, to deliver traffic, revenue, and new customers to J Crew Factory. Working closely with external agencies and cross functional team members, s/he will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of digital marketing channels, inclusive of Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, Affiliate, SEO and Retargeting programs. THINK YOU WOULD ENJOY DOING THIS? Drive customer traffic, conversion and ROI for all digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, Affiliate, SEO and Retargeting programs Oversee multiple external Agency relationships for digital channels; build partnership, monitor performance and seek improvement opportunities Manage marketing budgeting, and forecasting process, as well as monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting for traffic, revenue, spend, ROI and other performance KPIs. Plan, develop and execute new customer acquisition programs targeted to the Outlet, value-driven customer Strengthen email program; drive email capture and acquisition in-store and online Partner with internal teams to acquire new customers to J.Crew Factory Loyalty program; develop holistic marketing plan and incentives. Serve as subject matter expert on CRM platform; test and learn in to new customer segmentation strategies Manage promotional calendar and lead strategic promotional programs. Run analysis and recommendations YES? GREAT! NOW… DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU? Minimum 9+ years of experience within e-commerce and digital marketing for a retail brand environment with expertise in digital, affiliate programs and paid search. Bachelor’s Degree required 4-5 directly managing marketing teams and agencies Proven track record of successful campaign launches and executions Expert working with marketing tools such as CRM platforms, Omniture, Salesforce etc. Ability to apply analysis to influence business decisions to drive performance Highly collaborative and the ability to work as part of a team Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to operate on both strategic and tactical levels, translating vision to execution.
