As Starbucks director, corporate counsel – Corporate and Securities , you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide counsel on complex, strategic transactions, corporate governance, and securities law matters; ensure compliance with public company reporting and disclosure requirements; and assist with the facilitation of finance and treasury operations. Preferred candidates will have relevant experience in both law firm and in-house public company environments and will have significant experience with strategic transactions, corporate finance, corporate governance and the federal securities laws.
