This individual executes our talent strategy through digital recruitment campaigns and strategic job posting campaigns. This role defines intended outcomes and outlines performance metrics to measure success across all recruitment channels and resources. Additionally, this individual collaborates with the broader Talent team, Marketing team, and Internal Communications team to build a consistent employer brand message through our digital recruitment efforts.RESPONSIBILITIES
