Position Description:
MidFirst Bank is seeking a Digital & Social Media Manager to support marketing efforts for the Bank’s social media and digital marketing initiatives. This opportunity is for someone with experience developing digital and social media strategies and tactics, while also optimizing marketing performance and engagement. This position will be responsible for driving the success of the digital direct to consumer channels.
Experience in digital marketing strategy and tactics is required with working knowledge of social platforms, PPC, SEO, SEM, e-mail, and e-commerce.
This position will report to the Digital & Direct Marketing Manager within the MidFirst Bank marketing department, and will work closely with other team members and Director of Marketing to monetize digital and social efforts.
Additional Job Objectives:
- Manage social media strategies, reporting and analytics
- Monitor social media engagement, responses and comments
- Develop recommendations for site and social optimization – usability, design, content, and advertising
- Attend MidFirst events for social media initiatives and content
- Occasional evening/weekend duties related to special events.
- Manage strategies to drive online traffic and overall marketing plans
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, research and planning
- Manage and review digtital marketing projects
- Collaborate with key stakeholders
Position Requirements:

- Demonstrate ability to development and execute social and marketing strategies and plans
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
- Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media channels
- Experience in customer journey mapping, user funnels and landing page optimization
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven methodology background
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
