The Service Digital Solutions Product Area is hiring for a Product Owner responsible for our Knowledge Base & Search Capabilities. The right candidate will have experience in Product Management and leading a team through Product & Agile transformation. The right candidate will have knowledge of search and knowledge management capabilities to help set the strategy and vision for the value delivery of these capabilities for the firm. Responsibilities will include:- The Product Owner serves as the individual accountable for one or more systems, or sub-components of highly complex product structures. They are responsible for providing thought leadership and driving a multi-disciplinary and cross-divisional product team to deliver value to internal and external customers of the Firm. .
- The role is accountable for the respective product's branch, associate & client experience that necessitates a systems thinking approach.
- This individual aligns strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of their product roadmap, outlining the body of work expected now, next, and into the future.
- This work includes management of system plans and supporting artifacts encompassing resource requirements, stakeholder solution requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria as necessary to deliver on the promised business value.
- This individual additionally serves as the primary contact for issues and escalations related to their supported systems, providing as timely resolution as possible.
- This person will help mentor and develop associates to fulfill the product vision, providing input into the assessment and evaluation of the product team.
- This individual will additionally interact and align with adjacent product teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive progression of the department strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience within product or project enablement.
- Search & knowledge management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial services concepts, practices, and procedures, with emphasis on the Product.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail orientation with strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to overcome ambiguity and deliver results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and direct work in a way that maximizes both personal and team efficiency.
- Teamwork / collaboration mindset with the ability to work with stakeholders throughout the organization and drive toward a decision.
- A robust understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework.
- Product orientation with a strong sense of ownership.
