BIG PICTURE: The Customer Acquisition Jr. Manager at LiveGlam is responsible for the growth of our monthly beauty box subscriber base. This individual will be tasked with acquiring new subscribers through digital marketing efforts, capturing and analyzing customer data to make more informed marketing decisions, and helping to maximize customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate is a strong balance between the creative side of digital marketing and the tactical side, and must have a GLAM-azing background in subscription-based beauty/ cosmetics! The Customer Acquisition Jr. Manager should have a deep understanding of cross-functional digital marketing channels and will manage team members who run social media ads, retargeting, influencer marketing, broadcast and transactional emails, SMS, SEO, CRO, and more. A strong understanding of viral video, social and influencer marketing is required in today’s rapidly evolving marketing landscape. Most importantly, the E-Commerce Customer Acquisition Manager is responsible for maintaining and increasing our explosive subscriber growth. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME: WHAT YOU HAVE: WHO OVERSEES YOU: The Customer Acquisition Jr. Manager will report directly to the Customer Acquisition Sr. Manager and will have regular interaction with all sales and growth efforts WHO YOU OVERSEE: The Customer Acquisition Jr. Manager oversees multiple cross-functional sales managers including those that run social media ads, retargeting, influencer marketing, broadcast and transactional emails, SMS, SEO, CRO and more WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN: All the action takes place at the LiveGlam studio in downtown Los Angeles across from the Staples Center WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS: The typical work schedule is Monday - Friday 930AM - 530PM WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US: WHEN WE’LL TALK ABOUT HOW AWESOME YOU ARE: NO walk-in interviews- they must be scheduled in advance.
