Job Description: The Digital Marketing Manager contributes to the success of Sur La Table by managing digital marketing programs that drive omni-channel objectives including e-commerce sales and in-store traffic. This position will be responsible for helping develop and execute the digital marketing strategy, including implementation of new marketing programs and enhancement of existing programs with the goal of driving traffic and sales. They will also be responsible for channel management (SEM, SEO, affiliate, paid social and retargeting). This position requires the ability to work cross-functionally, especially as the main liaison between Marketing Creative and Merchandising. This position reports directly to the General Manager, E-Commerce.
