With Adwords editor as your sword, strategy as your shield, and veteran knowledge of ads/analytics systems, you’re always ready to fight the good fight of paid campaigns.

Not everyone can say they can take data, interpret it, communicate what it means, and then execute meaningful results from it, but you sure can! As Invicti’s Digital Marketing Manager, you’re the perfect strategic leader and voice for all of our paid marketing initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build, manage, and optimize paid search advertising (i.e. Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin)
• Creating distribution strategy for engaging content across digital platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc to increase awareness and engagement with our audience
• Setting up ABM structure in order to target customers within every stage of their buyer journey
• Using bidding features and testing to increase Invicti’s key metrics
• Launch, execute, and consistently improve upon ads via testing
• Collaborate closely with the content and product team to develop engaging ad copy
• Analyze lead flow and performance from initiatives to build optimization strategies

What You'll Need:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing role required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Marketing preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using Google Ads
• Minimum of 2 years experience in YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn Advertisement
• Hands on knowledge with Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Linkedin Campaign Manager, and Facebook advertising
• Certification(s) in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Blue Prints, and/or LinkedIn Ads Management a plus
• Experience with display and video advertisement on multiple platforms
• Deeply analytical and data driven with a bias for action
• Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• SaaS marketing experience a plus

This is an onsite position based out of our Austin, Texas office. We prefer hands on collaboration, so this position is not available for remote workers.
