POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with Digital-Engagement Managers to contribute directly to Academy Brand social and internal paid efforts – 50% Work with Digital-Engagement Managers to directly support and drive the team’s content and strategy partnerships with internal departments – 30% Work with Digital-Engagement Managers to implement, steward, and continuously evolve digital standards for both the team and Academy overall – 20% MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position is remote in California for the time being. Reporting to a Digital Engagement Manager (DE), this role contributes directly to Academy digital-engagement efforts across a wide range of platforms and formats (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, live events) and is responsible for significant paid social-media campaigns and digital support for the Academy’s Strategic Initiatives. In addition to supporting broad DE team priorities such as influencer programs, special-projects, daily content-creation, & more, the DE Specialist is also responsible for direct support of DE partnerships with Membership, Development, Education, and other internal teams, and will be a steward of Academy-wide production and accessibility standards for digital content.
