Digital Content Creator As Digital Content Creator within the Epiroc Customer Experience Solutions organization it is your overall mission to ensure that products and services related to customer facing digital solutions are delivered as intended and that users using the solutions gets the most value out of it. You will support the different delivery teams within the portfolio in creating digital content such as copy, correct terminology for the intended crowd, visual content and ensuring that content delivery is provided with the correct tone of voice. You will have solid knowledge on the customer needs and stay informed of what our customers expect from us and ensure collaboration and engagement with other stakeholders within Epiroc. Job description Location This position is based out of Garland, Texas. Travelling will be required in this position. To be part of a team responsible for customer experience solutions within Epiroc and actively support in maximizing the value of customer facing digital solutions. You like to promote the positive customer oriented attitude with the spirit of “There is always a better way“ to do things and always act as a leader and lead others by good example. You have also passion for new technology and change. As a person, you have a strong personal drive for testing, learning, exploring and finding better ways. You´re well organized with a good structure and ability to work independent as well as in teams. You also have strong oral/written communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical peers and management staff.
