This position is remote/work from home. You need to reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. The Digital Commerce Transformation Principal (DCTP) will be an automotive industry subject matter expert responsible for building the change management plans and activities needed for our clients success. They will work with our most strategic customers to create and execute a successful, holistic operational and marketing plan to support their eCommerce platform and strategy. This role will focus on the impact of changes on processes, systems, technology, roles, and org structure. This individual will work closely with the client team and CAI internal stakeholders to ensure the successful development, implementation, and adoption of change management plans. This includes defining and managing stakeholders, understanding areas of client resistance and how to mitigate and overcome, proactive adoption & realization metric identification, and proposing innovative training programs to ensure successful adoption when needed. To be successful in this role, an ideal candidate would have a combination of automotive retail operations, change management, ecommerce, and client-facing consulting experience. He/she must also be able to advise on complex impacts to retail operations that directly contribute to the adoption and success of the client.
