Lees Summit Pointe is currently seeking a Dietary Manager to manage the Food Service Department of our newly renovated (in progress with expected completion September 2021), 32 bed, skilled, rehab to home facility. This will be a fast paced, detail oriented position that will include placing food orders, overseeing meal production, sanitation and managing the departmental staff. Completion of required paperwork, electronic medical record documentation, assessments and participate in care plan meetings to meet the needs of our clients is necessary. This position requires a Certified Dietary Manager or someone able to complete the online course within one year of hire.
