Diamond Sorter

New York City family-owned business of fine jewelry has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Diamond Sorter to sort and match diamonds by color and clarity.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Sift Diamonds into various mm sizes
• Using bill of materials you will sort, match and count all the different size diamonds needed to create the finished piece of jewelry
• Organize all the diamond used in poly bags and clearly note the total carat weight used
• Fill out job bags with all necessary information about the diamonds for the order

Job Requirements:

• Must be organized & detail oriented
• 1-2 years diamond sorting experience is mandatory
• Bilingual, English/Chinese preferred, but not required
