What You’ll Do
As a Correctional Regional Director, RN, you will be responsible for maintaining the dialysis business within a defined region through effective leadership and management of all aspects of customer service, quality patient care, and financial management.
What does Leadership mean for CharDonnay Dialysis?
- Acts as conduit of information from senior leadership team to field level staff.
- Assumes "ownership mentality" of each facility in their region. Maintains full oversight for operational efficiency, clinical excellence, customer service/relationship-development, financial prudence, and regional leadership.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and coaching for all direct reports and clinical staff to maintain an engaged and productive workforce. We expect our Correctional Regional Director (RN) to LEAD not MANAGE.
- Ensures all employees in the region receive the required training and education according to company policy and to ensure compliance with continued education.
- Oversight of staff retention program (This could include staff appreciation, continuing education, engagement surveys, and any other activity that enhances the working environment for staff).
- Acts as a mentor to direct reports and strives to identify and develop high-achievers as potential CRD’s.
- Implement and lead weekly meetings with Nurse Manager's (RN) to discuss unit goals and objectives, share corporate communication, and find solutions to issues that units may be facing
- Implements operational efficiency improvements which may include, but are not limited to, the standardization of systems, quality control, safety, and employee and patient satisfaction.
- Interprets and implements company policies and procedures and directs and plans the activities of the assigned region to ensure continuing dialysis service program operations, to increase productivity.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Graduation from an accredited Bachelor's Registered Nurse Program.
- Current BSN License & current CPR certification.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.
- Availability to travel 25% to region (New England area or KS,CO,OK) to be determined
- Clinical RN experience is required
- One year of RN Management/Leadership experience is preferred
