Stanford University’s Planned Giving Office seeks an experienced and collaborative administrative professional to support fundraising programs and activities for the planned giving team, with an emphasis on supporting the planned giving officers who work primarily with Medical Center Development. This person will work with planned giving officers, development officers, fellow development coordinators and other university staff to assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with multiple university constituencies. The ideal Development Coordinator candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. This person has excellent communication skills, enjoys working with a wide variety of people, and can multitask and prioritize quickly. This role requires a willingness to learn new systems, patience, flexibility, sharp attention to detail, a high level of professionalism, and a strong sense of priorities.
