• Sr/Jr associate with experience in Oracle Forms, PL SQL

• Experience in technical & functional support for inhouse applications

• Application support in Oracle technologies, plsql, sql procédures

• Unix Scripting

• End user support for production issues (L2)

• Configuration management & Tools admin server support

• Involvement in change control tools version upgrades in TEST, UAT and PROD environments

• Tools monitoring & scripts enhancement.

• Document HLD & LLD per the revised customer specs

• Customer coordination for all the support activities

• Ability to solve problems within SLA timeframes
