JOB OVERVIEW:
The Sales and Design Consultant is responsible for designing the best custom product that fits each customer’s needs and budget while ensuring superb customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Design education / experience, sales experience and passion for home décor.
- Creative, yet meticulously detail oriented with a sense of craftsmanship.
- Have a proven record of sales success and excellent at closing deals.
- Proven ability to consistently, actively pursue new business
- Experience in customer service, or retail sales, where you are the main reason your clients keep coming back.
- Understands the importance of repeats and referrals and cultivating relationships.
- Effectively represent a brand positively in all customer interactions.
- Demonstrates professionalism and assertion while working with clients and team members.
- Valid Driver's License to commute to customer's homes for appointments.
- Ability to kneel and reach for on-site measuring with measuring tools.
- Able to handle multiple projects at one time while maintaining quality standards.
- Able to work with a team while managing multiple projects.
- Experience with computer software, CRM and ability to learn CAD Programs.
COMPENSATION:
- Compensation is uncapped commission based.
- Initial training is paid an hourly wage.
- First year sales associates typically make between $60K - $100K.
- Seasoned associates make between $80K - $200K.
