The Integer Group is looking for a Designer to join our Dallas, Texas agency.

The Designer is a multi-disciplined creative with passion for visual trends in creative arts and their use for commercial communication through graphic design, illustration, typography and photo/image creation. The Designer oversees design in all of the following disciplines:

• Visual- branding and advertising
• Interactive - digital and experiential
• Packaging and products
• Display and store design
• Trade shows and experiential
• Presentations and templates

What You'll Do In This Role:

• Develops overall design for creative concepts produced within the team and facilitate execution to the highest standard and on schedule.
• Interprets client communication strategies through visual design and interpretation
• Has a point of view that is respected and influences decisions to create success for the team and our clients.
• Understand client beliefs on communication and challenges in a constructive manner.
• Oversees the design of branding for a client and ensures that the concept/work fits in with the client’s
  requirements and image.
• Versions and executes programs through all media touchpoints for final delivery and/or production team
• Sets goals, aspirations and standards for design inside the team.
• Builds close working relationship with cross-department teams in addition to creative partners.
• Uses experience and outside influence to refine and grow design approach for client team and its members
• Focuses on visualizing ideas first before execution.
• Influences the creative team through design approach and theory
• Well versed and knowledgeable in culture, current trends and breaking trends and shares knowledge of creative trends with other team members

• 3+ years of art direction/design experience, preferably in an agency setting with
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional creative concepting ability as evidenced by a diverse portfolio of work
• Digital and traditional design experience required
• Exceptional knowledge of typography, layout and design principles
• Knowledge of current trends, pop culture, current and past design themes
• Working knowledge of client category, business, and objectives, and a clear understanding of key strategic issues impacting client’s business
• Able to communicate clearly, thoroughly and succinctly both verbally and in writing; able to respond to comments, suggestions and criticisms in a constructive manner while maintaining the integrity of the creative idea
• Able to present creative work internally, clearly explaining the assignment, design approach, creative idea and how it accomplishes the client’s objectives
• Working knowledge of where and how people interact with media, including at home, on the go, while shopping, mobile, broadcast, print, event, etc.
• Participates in agency trainings
• Flexibility to work extra hours with little or no advance notification
• Ability to work under tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
