Sales (Design Consultant)
Budget Blinds of Coral Springs seeks a qualified, professional Sales Person to sell Window Coverings.

We are looking for an individual with knowledge on the following products:

• Blinds (Faux, Wood, Verticals, etc.)
• Shades (Roller/Solar, Cellular/Honeycomb, Roman, etc.)
• Plantation Shutters (Composite/Wood, Standard, Specialties, etc.)
• Soft Treatments (Draperies, Drapery Hardware, Top Treatments (Valances/Cornices), etc.)
• Motorization (Home Automation, etc.)

Skills, Abilities, and/or Experience that make a successful candidate:

• Prior Sales Experience in the Window Coverings industry. Experience working with in-home sales is a plus.
• Self-directed and able to work independently and work as a valuable team player.
• Friendly, courteous, pleasant with all types of people.
• Ability to learn and handle new technology as introduced to the window covering industry.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate. Telephone, written and verbal communication skills are critical when interfacing with all levels of office staff and clients.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds and can climb up and down ladders.
• Ability to measure down to a 1/16th of an inch.
• Ability to drive a full size cargo van.
• High school diploma or equivalent completed education level.

We provide our Sales Personnel with:

• Paid Training.

• Real-time support in the field.
• Opportunities for sales trainings and industry-related conferences.
• Typical working schedule ranging from 9am to 5pm with some Saturday appointments.
• Work vehicle with sample books for all our product offerings.
• Tablet for quoting, email communication and directions (GPS).
• All tools needed for measuring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
