WHAT WE NEED
Courteous and efficient administrative assistants for part-time hours (we can only guarantee 4 hours a week, but there might be options to pick up further hours).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A good secretary is someone who is good with computers, a positive problem solver, detail-oriented and very organized. A great secretary is someone who can do all that and wants to do more. Someone who can manage schedules, support physicians and nurses and help patients. Sure it’s an office job, but really it’s a people job.

Are you an excellent office assistant with the ability to maintain confidentiality? Do you love a fast-paced environment? Are you good at supporting others and anticipating needs? Do you want to use your skills to help others? If so, we need to talk.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide scheduling and follow-up support to physicians and patients.

  • Exemplary customer service.

  • Treat patients, family members, healthcare providers, and co-workers with courtesy and respect.

  • Comply with federal and local patient privacy laws.
