Healthcare Management Executive in Residence Faculty The Department of Health Administration and Policy at George Mason University is seeking applicants for a full-time, term faculty position for an individual with college level teaching experience to serve as the Executive in Residence in Healthcare Management. The Executive in Residence in Healthcare Management is a faculty role that is fulfilled by an experienced healthcare executive who has a working knowledge of the changing landscape in which healthcare organizations operate and understands the operational challenges of managing healthcare systems and diverse constituent relationships. The appointment will begin in August 2021, though other starting times may be possible. This is a full-time (9-month) position. The rank and salary for this position will be commensurate with the candidate’s overall qualifications and prior experience with academic teaching and scholarly contributions to the field or academy. Preferred Qualifications: Because the HAP department’s faculty members include scholars from multiple academic and professional disciplines, we are especially interested in applicants with a background and commitment to interdisciplinary, collaborative research.
