Job Responsibilities:

SUMMARY
Screen, triage and provide clinical and laboratory dental care and services for the organization. Improve the operations of PCHS in support of it stated mission: provide access to affordable, quality health and wellness services for our communities.

Education and/or Experience
Completion of an accredited Doctorate program in dentistry; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
The following is required for this position:

• Complete training and continuing education requirements for “Minimal Sedation by inhalation according to WAC 246-817-740.
• One-time 3-hour course on Suicide prevention
• One-time 3-hour course on Opioid prescribing
• DEA License
• CPR Certification (CPR Certification need to be active at all times)
• Dentist License from Washington State Department of Health
• Valid driver's license

All certification & licenses must be kept in a current or renewed manner at all times. No inactive, expired certifications or license are allowed.
