Our amazing receptionist is retiring after 25+ years. The General Dentistry practice of Dr. Rick Hoaglin, DMD is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as our full-time Front Desk Receptionist. This is an excellent career opportunity in a growing practice. We are looking for the right person to join our friendly, family oriented team.

Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No nights or weekends.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting Patients with a Smile
• Scheduling Patients
• Answering Phone
• Taking Payments and Billing Insurance
• Making Appointment Reminder Phone Calls
• Co-Ordinating Scheduling of Multiple Providers
• Pulling & Filing Patient Charts Daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Missoula, MT 59801: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
