We are seeking to add an experienced practice manager to our existing team. Dental experience and Dentrix software required.

• respond to patient needs in all aspects of delivering quality dental care
• receive and dismiss patients, data management, collecting copays and scheduling necessary appointments
• manage scheduling, re-care and traffic flow in the office
• communicate in person, on the phone and thru Lighthouse 360 portal
• treatment planning, presentation and follow-up
• dental claims, pre-treatment estimates, attachments
• oversee billing and collections
• run daily and monthly reports
• interface with IT support, troubleshoot equipment and IT issue
• manage the employee scheduling, time sheets and appointment book
• handle accounts payable under supervision of the doctor
• business correspondence and reports
• treatment coordination and specialist referrals
• resolve issues with insurance, billing and schedule conflicts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour
