MLCHC is looking for an experienced candidate to manage the operations of 3 dental locations. This position will manage other staff and require organization and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Responsible for analyzing, managing and improving the efficiency of workflows of clinical support and non-clinical support staff to ensure dental operations and dental service delivery meets the needs of the patient as well as meeting the operational, quality, customer service and performance goals of the organization.
- Manages ongoing operations in 3 locations.
- Prepares, analyzes and reports to leadership monthly department reports including but not limited to utilization, production, billing accuracy and timeliness of general operations.
- Maximizes software programs for effective and efficient data collection and reporting.
- Leads quality improvement projects and develops testing and training documents.
- Manages special programs including but not limited to Endodontics and Orthodontics.
- Manages planning development and improvement.
- Analyzes all operations and business practices to improve efficiency in patient scheduling.
- Serves a liaison with outside agencies.
- Oversees development opportunities for dental support staff in all locations.
- Commits to the CEO's Leadership Expectations as a leader of people and working as part of the Leadership Team.
- Actively participate in Leadership Forum.
- Communicates with patients and staff at all levels of the organizations.
- Develops and maintains policies and procedures as appropriate to role.
- Actively participates with Human Resource in the hiring process.
- Develops and coordinates new hire on-boarding process and continued training programs for all staff within the department.
- Job duties require knowledge and training the field of business, typically acquired through a Bachelor's Degree.
- Previous Dental Experience (5+ Years preferred)
- Supervisory/Leadership Experience (3+ Years)
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between 3 dental sites and provide documentation of auto insurance and valid drivers license.
