We are hiring a Lead Dental Assistant-Oral Surgery for our affiliated practice, Dental Specialty Center, located in Naples, Florida 34109. This is a full-time position. Candidate is required to have an x-ray license for the state of FL; 3-4 years' Dental Assistant experience; with Oral Surgery experience, required. This position offers a competitive salary, plus benefits!

Responsibilities: Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of the dentist. Prepare operatory by setting up surgical instruments and equipment, sterile drapes and sterile solutions as required. Assemble sterile and non-sterile equipment; adjust and check to ensure proper working order. Prepare patients for surgery and observe patients vital signs and assist dentist during surgery.
During surgery pass instruments and other sterile supplies to dentist, hold surgical instruments as directed by dentist, and help apply dressings. Operate sterilizer, lights, or suction machines. Clean operatory after surgery.Qualifications:

• X-ray license for the state of FL, required
• EFDA license for the state fo FL;preferred
• Experience working with Oral Surgery, preferred
• 3+ years' of hands on Dental Assistant experience, required
