We are seeking experienced candidates for a Demand Planner role in Holland, MI! Do you have a Supply Chain background with a passion for working cross-functionally? Do you have the ability to read blueprints and provide valueable analysis? Please read below to learn more about this vital role in our organization!
Key highlights of the position include:

• Effectively evaluate current material control standards and prepare and maintain basic reports.
• Analyze supplier capability; and participate in make/buy studies and cost analysis.
• Create integrated project plans and schedules for the supply team's capital and development projects.
• Support the planning and coordination of new product introductions and assess the impact and support changes to overall production schedules.

Successful candidates will have the following expeirence and attributes:

• BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Must have SAP experience. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification(s) a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate a good grasp of knowledge and principles of planning required.
• Ability to take initiative, think pro-actively and self-schedule required.
• 2-5 years of successful Demand Planning/ Production Planning experience.
