Our Company:
We are seeking personable and responsible people to deliver and install high end furniture to homes and businesses across the Bay area. Our warehouse is located in Hayward, CA and we deliver for stores located in Corte Madera, San Mateo, Dublin, San Jose, Concord and Sacramento. Work schedule can be adjusted based on preference from 1-5 days a week. We have both part time and full-time positions available. This team is looking to add individuals who are eager to work hard and serve both our customers and their peers.
Here's what's required:
- Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 100+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.

- Ability to work a flexible daily schedule based on customer and company needs.
- Ability and willingness to lift and safely maneuver merchandise into and throughout customer homes
Here's what the job looks like:
- Daily maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks on delivery vehicles
- Follow DOT standards and adhere to all applicable state laws including accurate recording of driving/working time in logbook
- Check to make sure that delivery team has all tools needed for that day's work, along with proper touch-up, and cleaning items
- Delivery and set-up of customer orders
- Following delivery notes, and keeping in contact with customer and Operations Manager of any delays or discrepancies on deliveries
- Greeting each customer with a smile and introducing both yourself and your delivery partner
- Treating each customer, their property, and their items with utmost respect
- Inspection of each piece of furniture before delivery of item into customer's home
- Set up and delivery of items per customer and company specifications
- Notification to Operations Manager of any discrepancies in regard to customer order or request that are not noted on delivery receipt
- Final inspection, cleaning, and touch up product in customer home: All wood pieces to be dusted, looked over, and touched up; all reclining furniture needs to be tested to ensure proper function of items; all packing material, tools, and blankets need to be removed from the home
- Immediate notification of any damage of furniture or property to the Operations Manager, as well as communicating any such damage to customer
- Refer any questions concerning customer items or construction to Operations Manager
- Collection of signature (and initials) on delivery receipt to ensure that we have proper proof of delivery and notation of any damage or follow-up required by Operations Manager or Customer Service on delivery receipt
- Cleaning of truck including folding blankets, separating trash and cardboard, and throwing away trash from cab of truck
- Communication of any issues regarding delivery or vehicle to Operations Manager both verbally and via written form

All drive teams are provided with cleaning solution, gloves, masks, and booties for deliveries. Our warehouse is professionally cleaned at the start of each week, and high traffic areas are disinfected at the start of each day.
