POSITION SUMMARY (Objective/Purpose of Position): Provide prompt, hospitable service to guests in a counter service setting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances. 15 %
Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation 15%
Operates cash register accurately and efficiently 15 %
Provides responsive exceptional customer service 15%
Completes all relevant SOPs and Sytems in Place 15%
Adheres to proper safet and sanitation guidelines 10%
Living our Culture; exercising good judgement and making the right decisions; being a role model within your operation 15%
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
