Job Overview: Responsible for developing analysis and strategies that measure the effectiveness of Casino engagement programs and guest loyalty. Analyze and provide recommendations for improving marketing campaigns in accordance with the Casino’s complimentary matrix: such as free play promotions, food complimentary, gift programs, and comprehensive player analysis. Must be knowledgeable in creating targeted cost-efficiencies for the ongoing and future promotional campaigns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares monthly reports pertaining to player/promotion/offer redemption including but not limited to new players sign-ups, bus group tracking, e-promo redemption, ADT matrix, trip frequency, reinvestment, and targeted promotion analysis
- Manages and evaluates player database information for the purpose of making recommendations for efficient targeting of players for promotional campaigns/incentive offers
- Develop surveys and questionnaires for the purpose of soliciting customer feedback to assess the c company’s promotional needs
- Maintain response tracking of all campaigns and identify opportunities for areas of improvement to increase customer reach or to reduce costs
Work closely alongside the IT Department to manage the day to day functionality of the Casino Player Tracking system and assist in resolving any issues or problems pertaining to promotional credits, report accuracy, or others as necessary
- Assists in executing direct marketing campaigns by creating queries/reports including but not limited to, monthly mailing lists, promotion redemption lists, overall database segmentation by play level and others as necessary
- Setup email, SMS and mobile push campaigns in omni-channel marketing software
- Identify improvement opportunities on marketing campaigns’ return on investment
- Provides technical and organizational support for the casino marketing department, including but not limited to data entry, vendor trafficking, daily redemptions and project tracking
- Works alongside Players Club staff to help train/educate staff on the player tracking system and functionality to improve Point of Contact experience for players inquiring on their accounts

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field required
- 1-3 years of proven business analytics and database development experience a must
- Strong analytical skills, gaming analytics experience is highly preferred
- Must have ‘expert’ level skill in using MS Access, Excel and have a solid working knowledge of SQL, Oracle, or Python query and report writing
- Knowledge of SSRS, Knime, Tableau, or other reporting tools is preferred
- Data modeling and knowledge of statistical data models is a plus
- Must be customer-driven, team-oriented, and have a passion for taking on new challenges and learning opportunities
- Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential as is a genuine curiosity about people
