Data Quality Analyst

• NexGen is currently seeking a Data Quality Analyst responsible for Performs quality management system development, maintenance, surveillance, artifact monitoring, audits, process improvements, compliance monitoring, and generally facilitates or promotes quality management system framework components (e.g. ISO 9001:2015, ITIL, and CMMI). Provides development of project Software Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contract. Provides an independent assessment of how the project's software development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization's process. May be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation. Develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment which supports large databases and applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Design, maintain AWS data quality monitoring, compliance and audits

Develop and maintain quality assurance plans and updating as needed for security and regulatory compliance as directed by the client.

Develop and implement test plans and procedures assuring quality and best industry standards.

Recommends best practices for AWS usage and quality control and auditability.

Maintains client standards of data security and protection.

Ability to work with a small team and be client facing.

Education/Experience:

Minimum 3 years AWS Data Quality Analyst experience

Minimum 3 years AWS Cloud Based Experience

Bachelor’s in computer science or similar degree

AWS Certification preferred

Salary: $85-100k per year DOE
