Ensuring quality processes and programs are being utilized and are effective by developing performance measurements and communicating performance relative to standards. Improve and automate existing performance management processes in the first 6 months; ongoing administration of incentive pay and performance programs. Long-term opportunities to assist with strategic labor forecast modeling for Field Operations.
