This position is contingent upon contract award. The CCS will plan, implement and review measures for compliance requirements. Reviews processes and procedures and make updates as needed. Responsibilities: Assist in development of IT operational procedures and architecture documentation including the generation of new processes and procedures to address compliance requirements. Check compliance with requirements of NNSA and site procedures (e.g. Safety, Security, Engineering, IT, etc.) that are applicable to determine if new procedures are needed. Document requirements for manufacturing / shop floor usage scenarios considering data management, process systems, product quality, laboratory, and accountability interfaces. Requirements: Experience in managing compliance requirements for Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity (Cyber) programs for complex projects that include classified requirements, industrial controls, and nuclear regulatory requirements NIST SP 800-82 “Guide to Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security” NIST SP 800-53 “Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations” NIST SP 800-160 vol 1&2 “Systems Security Engineering: Considerations for a Multidisciplinary Approach in the Engineering of Trustworthy Secure Systems” Understanding of classified and unclassified Cybersecurity needs and the ability to work with Derivative Classifiers, Records Management, Cybersecurity, and other data and security related organizations.
