Description:
The CVO Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the CVO team by assisting in the credentialing, privileging and/or licensing processes. The CVO Assistant may conduct research regarding clinicians' verifications, enter clinician information in the database, scan, mail, email and/or fax documents, among other tasks as requested. They may also be asked to perform and oversee specific projects.
Requirements:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times, working knowledge of document management systems, strong customer service mindset, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently, strong communication skills - both oral and written, ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality, solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
