Starting rate- $15.00 to 18.00 per hour

Your schedule will be the same every week and overtime is voluntary.

Located on a beautiful campus in Union, New Jersey, our state-of-the-art call center facility is the most advanced in the United States. Working in our call center as a Customer Support Specialist, you will act as our customers’ first line of defense. As a member of the Customer Support team, you will work directly with our customers to ensure overall customer satisfaction. This position is the primary point-of-contact between our company and its customers.

Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Working in our call center you will proactively communicate and assistance our customers
• Candidates should also possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
• Handle incoming client calls serving as first level help-desk support
• Handle incoming service and troubleshooting requests from our clients
• Provide prompt follow-up

Customer Support Specialist Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer support environment preferred,
• IT, Helpdesk experience a big plus!
• Strong computer skills including the ability to quickly learn new software systems
• Work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• A habit of completing all tasks efficiently and effectively
• Independent and quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts
• Positive outlook, patience, and strong relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
