Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to ask qualifying questions to find the best way to help our customers
- Hold a real conversation with these people! We are all humans, after all.
- Become knowledgeable in the field of finances, tax, and/or other fields and express the benefits of these services to customers – don’t worry, we will teach you all you need to know through our training process!
