Job Description

Let us tell you about the job:

• Respond to advertiser needs (via phone, chat, and email) in a timely manner.
• Support and retain advertisers for the Blip marketplace.
• Manage information requests from agency partners.
• Demo Blip products for advertiser benefit.
• Develop support strategies and processes to increase advertiser happiness.
• Collaborate with team to solve unforeseen challenges.

What you will need to accomplish the job:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Desire to learn and grow even in everyday routines.
• History of collaborating well as part of a team.
• Experience in tech customer support is a plus
