POSITION SUMMARY Ikon Pass Customer Support Agents will specialize in assisting guests with all aspects of Alterra Mountain Company Season Passes. Inquiries will come thru various channels, including telephone, chat and email. For this position, remote work can only be accommodated in the following states: Ohio, Georgia, New Hampshire, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Kentucky, Delaware, Washington D.C., Connecticut and Vermont.
