Position Title: Customer Support Administrative Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist both Customer Support Managers with incident investigations, team administrative functions and tasks. Must be able to work under pressure, multi-task and handle confidential matters with discretion.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Forms for the Customer Support Team
  • 3rd Party Payer Accounts
  • 3rd Party Inspections
  • Removals
  • Reinstalls
  • Confirmations calls for all appointments at 48 hour and 24 hours.
  • Clearing voicemails and returning calls
  • Reads and routes incoming mail.
  • Assist in organizing accident/incident folders
  • Call Transcriptions for accident/incident report investigations
  • Create and post outgoing letters:
  • Out of Specfication Usage
  • Full and Final Settlement Letters
  • Contact Request Letters
  • Package and post:
  • Orthopedic Cushions
  • Welcome Packs
  • Quick User Guide Posters
  • Order Amendments
  • Refund Requisitions
  • Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
  • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
  • Book operations travel as needed (back-up)
  • Projects assigned by management
  • Observes all health/safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
  • Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.

The employee is occasionally required to stand.
