Butler's Customer Success Managers work with our existing hotel customers to make sure that every hotel guest has an opportunity to try Butler's services. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in customer success, account management, and/or sales for hotel and restaurant customers.

What You Will Do

• Leverage your hospitality and restaurant experience to exceed the expectations of Butler’s hotel customers and their guests
• Serve as the main point of contact for all existing customer inquiries, solving problems when possible and escalating other issues to senior management
• Establish positive working relationships with existing customers, including regular site visits
• Prepare sales reports for review by customers and Butler’s senior management, including forecasts of key account metrics and recommendations for improvement
• Onboard new hotels and train hotel staff in Butler procedures
• Facilitate the integration of Butler technology with our hotel partners
• Maintain and improve the relationship with every hotel customer
• Drive guest engagement with Butler’s services with incentives and training programs
• Travel extensively through the San Francisco Bay Area 2-3 days a week
• Work from Butler’s offices in The Hotel G/ Domain 2-3 days per week - this is NOT a remote position

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or similar field
• At least three years of experience in a customer success, account management, and/or sales for the benefit of hotel and restaurant customers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Impeccable communication skills, both written and oral
• A passion for travel with status in multiple traveler loyalty programs
• Valid driver’s license
