Job Description VitalSource®, an Ingram Content Group (ICG) company is hiring for a Customer Success Manager to contribute to our Enterprise Customer Success team in Raleigh, NC. As a Customer Success Manager, you will support Institutions in the Higher Education market as their trusted advisor to ensure they are using all of the key features in VitalSource platforms, drive solutions across platforms and provide best practices to maximize the student experience. You will also be responsible for relationship management, overall client satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities to pass to our sales partners. Someone that enjoys working with customers directly, using their critical thinking and technical skills, digging into data, and creating solutions across products, will excel in this role.
