This position will have responsibility to the Taskers on dayshift Wednesday - Saturday along with oversight and training responsibilities of th the Taskers on the night shift of those days as well. Some night shift hours will be required at some time to ensure training and or coverage is met. Total of 10 Direct reports. Job Description Coordinate and supervise the shift. Support staff activities on a daily and weekly basis. Provide an interface to the customer and follow up with operations to address customer issues. Review customer complaints with the warehouse management and/or transportation.
