Customer Service Specialist Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available Details

Montgomery License Bureau is seeking highly motivated, upbeat and professional candidates who can provide excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment!

We are looking for full-day shifts 4 days a week (8am-5:00pm), with alternating Saturdays from 8-12, as well as half-day shifts (8-1 or 12-5) during the week.

Note: This is NOT a State/Government position. Health insurance and retirement benefits are not offered.

* New employees are required to pass a BCI/FBI background check.

Exceptional customer service and attention to detail are imperative to this position. Chosen candidates will be performing responsibilities such as: processing driver license and vehicle registration transactions, collecting reinstatement payments/documents, processing fingerprinting/background checks, etc. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and demonstrate ability to enter data quickly and accurately. Typing and general knowledge testing may be requested.

- Prior License Bureau experience and bilingual capabilities are desired.

- Applicants with current Notary Public commissions are desired. Employer pays for Notary Commission training/certificate.
