We are seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed, the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close sales through a consultative sales approach.
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for all customers within the FASTSIGNS center
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via walk-ins, email and phone
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services through experience and webinars
Run and keep records of daily reports

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic math skills needed to maintain cash drawer and give correct change when required RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients using various FASTSIGNS products
  • Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and email activity
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with customers
  • Prepares estimates and establishes/maintains estimate follow-up procedures
  • Communicates with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule
  • Helps as needed with reports, close-out, invoices, and required paperwork
  • Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues
  • Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
  • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least three years in retail or inside sales with excellent customer service experience
  • Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues
  • Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
  • Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
