Interior Logic Group Property Services is a leading supplier of flooring for the Multi-Family, Single Family and Senior Living communities. We are looking to add a talented Customer Service Coordinator to our incredible team. Position Summary
This Customer Service Coordinator position plays a key role in customer communication and is responsible for performing a variety of duties including order processing, inventory allocations and problem solving resolution.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate order entry, receiving orders by phone, email or online systems
- Leads resolution of customer issues; partners with sales team and installation team to promptly identify effective resolution to customer issues and concerns
- Provides effective communication within the branch office between Branch Manager, warehouse, installation, and sales teams
- Reconciles completed work orders for billing department in preparation for invoicing
- Other clerical or administrative duties as needed
Job Qualifications
- 1+ Year of customer service or related experience
- Proficient in data entry, tech savvy with experience in Microsoft products
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and effective multitasking skills
- Team player with the ability to work with internal and external customers professionally and courteously to resolve time sensitive issues
Working Conditions
- Monday through Friday position, during standard business hours
- Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
- Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability to perform the duties proficiently
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as well as lift, carry, move up to 50 lbs
