We are looking to build a Customer Service team that will play an integral part of connecting potential consumers to our clients through personalized conversations and thorough product recommendations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will also provide valuable feedback to help the Marketing and Sales departments design specific campaigns that will help our clients expand their consumer base and gain brand recognition. Overall, the main goal will be to represent our clients and provide superior customer service and support to consumers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Attend regular product knowledge/informational sessions with corporate training and continuing education
- Work with an assigned Customer Account Manager to support his or her business outreach efforts and assisting in customer acquisition and renewal engagement
- Monitor and assist with customer campaign activity - including review and reporting of your own daily progress with customer contacts, resolutions and escalations
- Spend a portion of the day following up on customer inquiries providing expertise, product information and recommendations, and recommending sales support if necessary
- Identify and create strategies to improve customer relationship building skills amongst Customer Service Department
Role Requirements:
- 1-2 years of direct customer service experience with a tangible track record of success
- Experience in a client facing/customer facing role with adept ability to problem solve and work independently
- Unparalleled work ethic, focus, and ability to innovate when needed
- Work well in a collaborative fast-paced team and communicate effectively with consistent follow up
- Submit customer data reviews weekly and work together to enhance efficiency in the team as a whole
Salary: $34,000 - $37,000 a year
