The Customer Service Representative will work in a sales environment and interact with customers to answer general inquiries. This is a Full-Time opportunity where you can showcase your communication skills and join our growing team!
The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image through proper telephone etiquette and uphold a positive, determined attitude throughout the workday.Responsibilities:
Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers- Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices re: work on customer vehicles
- Answer phones and return customer calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist Manager with daily parts returns
- Ensure accuracy when ordering parts
- Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
- Confirm all mobile jobs parts and materials before dispatching drivers
- Open new accounts and service existing accounts

Qualifications:- At least 1+ year experience in a call center/ phones
- At least 1+ year experience in retail/sales, or other customer service environment (Auto Glass Experience a Plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask and stay efficient
- High School Diploma (or GED required)
- Team Player
- Bilingual (requested but not required)
