We are currently seeking an experienced individual with excellent over the phone communication skills to assist in enhancing our customer service experience in our Stoughton Operations Center. Our Operations Center is located conveniently off Route 24 near restaurant and shops. Our newly renovated office space includes a modern and updated break/lunch room and top-notch training program. A background in the consumer electronics and/or small appliance product field is a plus. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 year’s over the phone customer service experience in a high volume environment with a focus on situation resolution, customer relationship building.
