Qualifications Experience:
- Competency with a computer and multi-line phone system
- Organizational skills
- Must have English written and verbal communication skills
- Spanish written and verbal skills a plus but not necessary
Job descriptions would entail but not limited to:
- Phone calls - taking customer orders for supplies
- Troubleshooting customer issues with equipment and service
- Data entry Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
Windows101 LLC seeks candidates who are responsible, reliable and detail oriented, to work as a customer service representative. - Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
