Seeking experienced Customer Service / Administrative Assistant/ Inside Sales candidates for an immediate opening to work in a busy office assisting the sales and marketing team. Will assist in all aspects of office tasks such as answering phones, filing, writing detailed quotes and sales orders, putting together marketing mailing packages, updating spreadsheets, completing forms and shipping documents, and various other office related tasks as needed.

MUST be punctual, maintain near perfect attendance, have an excellent work ethic with minimal to no personal drama impacting your work day and must be a team player. We use Microsoft Word, Excel, outlook everyday here so proficiency in these basics skills are essential to your success. Must have excellent communication skills, customer service experience, must be organized and be able to multitask as needed with consistency and follow through. Experience with any accounting packages for order entry is a plus (SAP, SBT, QuickBooks etc.).

This person must be outgoing, enthusiastic and must have a positive attitude that will show over the phone with our clients and vendors (This is very important).

Our office Hours: Monday -- Friday 8:30am -- 5:00pm. Occasional travel opportunities and/or weekend work may arise (optional, not required).

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
